We traveled an hour out of our way just to have Marrone's pizza and chicken parmigiana. The pizza crust is unlike any other. More like hearty/ crusty, Italian bread than pizza crust. The sauce is rich and tasty. The chicken parmigiana is served with handmade pasta and uses thick juicy chicken breasts rather than cutlets.
Been an Ardmore native for 23 years & this place is a gem. Reminds me of my grandmothers house & the food is amazing. Absolutely love the pizza & the atmosphere. I will drive 1hr just to come here. 10/10.
I stopped by that area for lunch and had no idea of what I was in the mood for. I ended up getting two slices one sausage and one pepperoni. The slices were huge, and Delicious. The guys working there were awesome. They stopped what they were doing and took care of my other right away. I felt like someone special. I would suggest you give them a try
I’ll tell you what I’ve had many pizza places and handmade pizza before Marrone’s is definitely in my top 5! I got a triple cheese small pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The cheese was the perfect amount and consistency
Patty welcomes you with a warm friendly smile. The food is amazing! The pizza is one of a kind!!! I highly recommend this restaurant who want more of a quieter environment. They have liquor and bar section for those who drink. The sauce is very good. Fast service and orders remembered. They have home made croutons that’s fabulous! You won’t regret going to this restaurant because they have high tier food! You get a ten rating!
Phenomenal pizza restaurant...relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful owners, amazing and sweet staff, delicious food. We were greeted immediately when we walked in and it felt like we walked into a family member’s home. You can get your (piping hot) pizza with the sauce on the top or under the cheese! Even the salad is delicious...fresh ingredients, homemade dressing. And although we didn’t have the dessert...WOW it sounded delicious. Next time! Thanks to Patti for an amazing dinner and Nick for the chilled beer glasses and fun convo! We’ll be back!
